What does it mean? On weekends, you will be able to receive your purchase, but if you place an order on Saturday, then it will be sent for delivery only on Monday. Keep this information in mind when forming an order.

When confirming the order by phone, please inform us that you would like to receive delivery by contactless method. The courier will deliver the order and documents directly to the door, call and move away to a safe distance of 1.5 — 2 m. If a bulky cargo has been ordered and you need help to bring it into the apartment, please inform the courier about it. Our employee will bring the goods into the apartment at a safe distance of about 2 m.
"Rules of registration and execution of delivery"

If you decide to use our service for the delivery of the goods you purchased, we ask you to familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of delivery and transfer of the goods: the goods will be delivered on the day agreed with you and a certain time interval, you will be notified by phone an hour before delivery; the product will be delivered to the address you specified; the goods will be brought to a pre-prepared place, except in cases when: when performing, it will be necessary to rearrange furniture or other items; when performing, it will be necessary to remove the hinges of the doors to the premises; it will be necessary to remove any parts of the goods in order to reduce its overall dimensions; the distance between the side of the goods and the surrounding objects and parts of the room when moving the goods is less than ten centimeters. In these cases, depending on the reasons that have arisen, the goods will be handed over to you either in front of the entrance or in front of the apartment door or in the hallway of your apartment. You can pay for the order either immediately on the website, or when you receive a link from an SMS. Even if you have chosen payment upon receipt, you can always pre-pay for the order through your personal account by clicking on the "Pay online" button. The courier will deliver your order and documents directly to the door. If you are ready to accept the order, the courier must take your photo with the goods and documents for it to report on delivery. If you made an order online and paid on the website, you only need to bring the purchase to the apartment and check the order. The receipt will be attached to the box with the goods. The cost of delivery is determined according to the seller's price list and depends on the delivery area. Delivery cannot be paid on credit. Delivery is carried out to individuals and legal entities. The goods will be handed over to the person who submitted the Delivery Request, a cash and/or a receipt with a payment note, and also to receive the goods, the Buyer must present a code for each order. We send them via SMS to the mobile phone number and/or the email address specified during the payment. In the absence of a confirmation code, an Act of delivery of the Goods will be filled in with you without SMS verification and / or in the absence of communication at the delivery address. In case of loss of the Application, the goods can be transferred to the person who presented the cash and/or commodity receipt with a note of payment, passport or other identity document (passport, driver's license, etc.). In this case, a mark is made on the copy of the forwarder of the delivery application "The second copy of the delivery application is lost and must be presented will not be" and is certified by the signature of the buyer with the decryption of the surname. Make sure that there is no visible mechanical damage and that all the items included in the kit are present. Check the availability of the operating instructions and the correctness of filling out the warranty card. The fact that you have accepted the goods in appearance, configuration and availability of documents is confirmed by your signature in the Application for delivery of the Goods and indicates the absence of any claims to the goods. If you accept the goods without opening the package and checking the configuration, then the forwarder makes a note in the delivery request that the goods are accepted without external inspection and you put your signature. If the delivered goods have visible external damage, you have the right not to accept it and make a note about it in the delivery request. In this case, the repeated delivery of the goods will be made for you free of charge. The presence of scratches, cracks, chips, dents or incompleteness of the Goods, as well as claims to the appearance of the goods, to the work of the Delivery Service are noted by you in the "Claim" section of the Delivery Application.
